1. Tell us what you want!
Go on now. We want to hear your ideas! A t-shirt? A hat? Whatever! We got this! Our catalog and inventory are constantly changing, and if we don't have it, we'll get it. Your idea will become reality. This process may seem like a lot, but we will be communicating with you every step of the way. You can be either super hands on, or off, but we will tell you where your order is every step of the way from start to finish.
2. Submit Artwork
We can work with almost any image. Vector files are great because they're infinitely scalable (.ai, .eps, .svg), but if it's a raster file (.psd, .jpeg, .png, .tiff), please make sure it is 300 dpi at the size you want it produced. "But my art was captured in a moment of brilliance, and I scribbled it down on this napkin!" That works too, but for a price. We can recreate your masterpiece for a nominal fee!
4. You Pay, We Start!
This is the handshake. Once we've agreed on the products to be made and the cost to produce them, then we'll ask for a 50% deposit on the order. After that we will immediately get started on the art process! There are no exceptions to this rule. It takes money to make magic happen, and gives us the ability to make an exceptional product.
5. We Send You Mockups
Our talented artists will craft a realistic mockup for each of your products. We take this step very seriously, and we want you to as well. Edits can still be made in this part of the process, so if something doesn't look quite right then please say so.
6. Final Approval
After all revisions have been made to your mockups, we will anxiously wait to hear that all-powerful word from you.. "APPROVED!"
7. Production
Your product is now in the hot seat. We're hard at work using squeegees and playing in ink. I promise we will only put the ink in the right places. After all, that's what you ordered!
8. Delivery
Upon completion, we take care in packaging your products. If you live in the area, you're welcome to grab your stuff and say hi! We'd love to see you. But if that can't happen, we're happy to apply a nice little shipping label and boom!
